Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location, carrier, and order size.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivered Orders
Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.
Missing Delivery Policy
If tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:

Check around your property (front door, mailbox, concierge, neighbours, or building management)

Allow up to 24 hours after the delivery notification, as carriers may mark packages as delivered early

Please include your order number and confirmation that the shipping address is correct.
3. Carrier Investigation
We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
This process may take 5–10 business days, depending on the carrier.
4. Responsibility & Resolution
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for guaranteed refunds.
However, at our discretion, we may offer:

A one-time replacement, or

Store credit as a courtesy
Refunds for missing deliveries are not guaranteed.
We strongly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout for additional peace of mind.
